Important: These Paldo Bet Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and Paldo Bet ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By creating an account or placing any bet on Paldo Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Paldo Bet, the Philippines' trusted online betting platform for sports, esports, casino games, card games, and more. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of all services provided through the Paldo Bet website and mobile applications.
By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or accessing any part of the Paldo Bet platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register or continue using the platform.
These Terms should be read alongside the Paldo Bet Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the full agreement between you and Paldo Bet.
2. Eligibility & Registration
To register and use Paldo Bet, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are a legal resident of the Republic of the Philippines.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion or prohibition from online betting under Philippine law.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
- You have not previously been banned, suspended, or excluded from the Paldo Bet platform.
Paldo Bet reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification to verify your age and identity at any time. This includes but is not limited to a Philippine National ID, driver's license, passport, or SSS/GSIS ID. Failure to provide adequate verification may result in account suspension.
One Account Only: Each player is permitted a single registered account on Paldo Bet. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
3. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Paldo Bet username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Paldo Bet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to negligence on your part.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact our support team immediately at support@paldobet.best. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an added layer of security.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information — including a fake name, date of birth, or contact details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
4. Deposits & Payments
Paldo Bet accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). We support the following local payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.
Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the selected payment method. Please check the Cashier section of your account for current minimums and processing times. All deposits are subject to standard anti-money laundering checks.
Paldo Bet does not accept third-party deposits. The funding source must belong to the registered account holder. If a deposit is made from a source that does not match the account holder's verified identity, Paldo Bet reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.
Deposits made on Paldo Bet are processed in real time where supported. In cases of payment gateway delays, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests on Paldo Bet are processed within 1–24 hours on business days, depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our Payments team.
Before processing a withdrawal, Paldo Bet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering procedure and applies to all players. Required documents typically include a valid government ID and proof of payment method ownership.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. Paldo Bet reserves the right to request documentation for any withdrawal above ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱100,000 within a 30-day rolling period.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
Paldo Bet regularly offers bonuses, reload promotions, free bets, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to individual terms that will be clearly displayed on the relevant promotion page.
General bonus rules applicable to all Paldo Bet promotions include:
- Bonuses are valid only for the account holder to whom they are awarded.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period, or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Paldo Bet reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice to affected players.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional terms — will result in account suspension.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
7. Betting Rules
All bets placed on Paldo Bet are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform, unless Paldo Bet exercises its discretion to offer a cash-out or void option on a specific event.
Paldo Bet reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets affected by verified match-fixing, corruption, or significant errors in pricing. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled, individual market rules will apply. Please refer to the Sports Rules section within the platform for specific rules on each sport category — including basketball betting, esports betting, NBA betting, and football betting.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, and bet type. Paldo Bet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
8. Fair Play Policy
Paldo Bet is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and transparent betting environment for all Filipino players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
- Exploiting system bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
- Collusion with other players in poker, card games, or any other multi-player format.
- Chip dumping or deliberate loss manipulation in casino games or poker.
- Placing bets with insider knowledge of match outcomes or results.
Any player found engaging in the above activities will have their account immediately suspended. Paldo Bet reserves the right to confiscate all balances in such accounts and report cases to relevant regulatory authorities.
Warning: Match fixing and corrupt betting are criminal offences under Philippine law. Paldo Bet cooperates fully with law enforcement and gaming regulators in investigating any such activity.
9. Responsible Gaming
Paldo Bet takes responsible gaming seriously. We offer a range of tools to help you stay in control of your betting activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. You can access these tools directly from your account settings.

Paldo Bet will never encourage a player who has voluntarily self-excluded or set limits to override those controls. Players who have self-excluded will be removed from all marketing communications.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Paldo Bet Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
Paldo Bet complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors and identity verification providers is limited to what is strictly necessary for those services.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Paldo Bet platform — including logos, graphics, text, game software, and user interface design — is owned by or licensed to Paldo Bet. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Paldo Bet content without our prior written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
Paldo Bet provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Paldo Bet shall not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from technical failures, third-party payment gateway issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
In no event shall Paldo Bet's aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
13. Account Termination
You may close your Paldo Bet account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance (net of pending bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
Paldo Bet may suspend or permanently close an account where: Terms have been violated; fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; required documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe; or a regulatory authority instructs us to do so.
14. Amendments to These Terms
Paldo Bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Paldo Bet after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
